1. The Government of Timor-Leste has requested the Asian Development Bank (ADB) to consider financing the Power Distribution Modernization Project (the Project). The objective of the proposed Project is to increase access to reliable electricity supply, aligned with the government’s Strategic Development Plan 2011-2030.
