The current study proposes a novel optimization model that sizes the most cost-efficient renewable power capacity mix of an autonomous microgrid supported by storage technologies. The proposed algorithm considers operational, technical and land-use constraints. Therefore, an optimization method of photovoltaic microgrid energy storage system (ESS) based on price-based demand response (DR) is proposed in this paper. Firstly, based on the influence of the uncertainty of the time of use (TOU) and load on the price-based DR, a price-based DR model is built.
